PHYX
Prototype · v0.1
PHYX Platform · interactive prototype

One platform for the patient, the physician and the pharmacy.

This is a working front-end of the proposed PHYX platform, built to be clicked through like the real thing. Every screen uses dummy data and every button does something. Nothing here is connected to a real system yet — it exists so we can agree on the experience before building the back end.

Choose who you are

Each persona opens a different app — they share the same data, so what one does, the other sees.

New patient

Take the My PHYX onboarding quiz: goals, eligibility, health snapshot, PHQ-2, account by magic link, then book and pay for an initial consult. You’ll appear in the clinician’s patient list the moment you finish.

Returning patient

Open My PHYX as a member at any point in their journey — from “intake not started” through to “treatment live” with a full protocol, pathology, orders, AI coach and messages. Pick a state below first.

Clinician

Sign in as Dr. Amelia Ross. Today’s schedule, patient records, the appointment workspace with clinical note, intake and scripts side by side, video consults with live transcript, prescribing from the PHYX formulary, timeslots and earnings.

Open the clinician portal

Jump to a moment in the patient journey

Sets who My PHYX is signed in as. The clinician portal always sees everyone.

Try the video consult

Open both sides in this browser and they connect to each other for real.
Priya Nair · Initial consultation · 9:30am today

Patient waits in the room, the physician joins from the workspace, recording and transcription start automatically.

Allow camera access when asked. If you decline, the room still works with an avatar tile. Open the patient side first, then the clinician, and watch the waiting room turn into a live call.

What’s in this prototype

Full scope for the design team
Eligibility-gated onboarding quiz
Six safety rules with warm declines, PHQ-2 screen, goal-led result page, booking and payment with coupon.
Passwordless sign-in for everyone
Magic link by email, role detected at sign-in, click-to-verify so email scanners can’t burn the link.
State-aware patient dashboard
Banners that explain what’s next and why it matters: intake, review, pathology, suspended.
Appointment workspace
Clinical note, intake and scripts side by side, video docked above, prescribing below. Two-step AI note completion.
Video consult with waiting room
Device check, waiting room, auto-recording, live transcript, chat, screen share, post-call next steps.
Prescribing from the PHYX formulary
Goal-matched search, patient-goal pills, cart with dose/repeats/interval, Draft → To Be Processed on completion.
Scripts that say why they can’t dispense
No Repeats, Pathology Overdue, Wait until Next Dispense Date — a reason, never a blanket “no”.
Orders with a delivery tracker
Paid → Confirmed → Tracking → In Transit → Delivered, plus days-of-supply on every script.
Live cross-app data
Finish the quiz and you’re in the clinician’s list. A clinician message appears in the patient’s inbox instantly.
